Your credits are refunded automatically and your balance updates on screen. Refunded credits stay valid for 30 days.
When do credits expire?
Plan credits last one month plus 3 days after each delivery. Top-up credits last 12 months. Credits that expire first are used first.
How is the price of a video calculated?
By length, resolution and sound: 3 credits per second at 720p, 4 at 1080p, and 1 more per second with native audio. The exact cost shows on the Generate button before you send anything.
